Toasted unless you hate yourself, just enough for the top to get a tiny hint of brown

It's the redpill. Try it once and you'll wonder why they aren't called Freeze Tarts.

Toasted is the only way I can enjoy them, making them slightly crisp and maybe even slightly burnt is the only way I get enjoyment from those tarts

I used to make an absolutely horrific concoction from these for my daily breakfast back when I was in high school

I would take two of them, toast them, put peanut butter on one then sandwich them. Then I'd put both icing packets on top of the top layer. The peanut butter would always get everywhere because it would turn into a liquid and I'd make a mess and look like a complete retard but damn it was good...

poptarts has nearly 40g of sugar in just a single packet. why would you eat these? it's a disgusting, processed dessert, and i know full well the majority of poptarts eaters are consuming them as part of some misguided breakfast.

I had pop tarts a few times and that was quite enough, thank you. No matter the flavour, the filling is far too sweet, really, while the crust is too mealy and bland. The two together don't even balance each other out, either. Absolutely horrid pastries.
America, you do some wonderful things with salty foods but you really ought to leave sweet stuff to others. I love you guys, but you're fantastically terrible at sweet things. Peanut butter cups are pretty good, though. Everything else is simply ghastly.

With <3,
Anon

Burger here and I absolutely agree, and I generally consider the food around me great. I can't stand overblown sweets, subtle flavors work much better for desserts when you aren't a child.
