idk about lesbians but Thai food is easily one of the most unique and developed cuisines.

If you look at all of europe for example, all the dishes are mostly the same, it's just a butter/garlic/meat dish everywhere. And that cuisine is the same everywhere from Portugal up till Russia (except maybe without the garlic). Cuisines are largely interchangeable.

Meanwhile Southeast Asia is tiny as fug in comparison, and if you go just 2 countries over from Vietnam into Thailand, you get one of the most distinctive unique flavor combinations on the planet (lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, etc)
