I read the original inspection report by the Food Standards Authority that recorded a defective hopper flap on the production line that lead to excessive berries being dispensed. This was cleared for distribution under a regulation that they must rebrand the cereal to include the word "OOPS!" to ensure that consumers are not mislead into thinking that this was intentional. They were lucky not to have had an enforced produce recall this time. A true instance of complete unintended serendipity.
