i absolutely hate chicken wings, but i absolutely love buffalo sauce.

i think buffalo sauce is easily 1 of the greatest sauces ever invented, and is 1 of the forefront dishes that represent my great home country (US). however whenever i try to eat wings i get off put by the abundance of veins and gristle when trying to eat the meat off the bone. i have to get my buffalo sauce blue cheese fix in other ways like boneless wings, chicken cutlets etc. but when i eat it this way i feel like a fraud

My dad hates picked more than anything and avoids "vinegar" as much as possible, but he eats the fuck out of vinegary foods all the time and loves it it because he doesn't know it's super vinegary somehow.

i hate to admit it but i find the buffalo blasts from cheesecake factory to be peak comfort food delicious. i literally smother that shit in the sauce and blue cheese dressing they give you in little dipping bowls and just go to town on the entire plate (which is meant for several people). between that, the mac n cheese burger, the hibachi steak or the pork belly sliders i will eat that entire plate as a meal

Most bars/pubs that sell food make decent wings. They're kind of hard to screw up. Except this one place that had horrible blue cheese dressing.
