this is dumb, certain frozen pre-cooked items are worth buying, although you do need to be judicious in which ones you get. If all you're buying is for one person, then a basic frozen pizza can be a cheap meal. If you can get frozen tendies or nugs for roughly the same unit price (eg, price per KG), they are also an option on days you might not want to cook. Just shove them into an air fryer and come back 20 minutes later. Stick in burrito wraps, some vegetables and you're done.
