Healthy prepping?

People suggest corned beef and spam but it's confirmed to be carcinogenic.

Right now I buy olive oil, rice, black beans, bananas, lemons, oranges (freeze them), ground beef (Freeze), butter (freeze), sardines, tuna, feta cheese, whole milk (freeze), flour, eggs, crushed tomatoes, spices, peanut butter, and honey.

Peanut butter, deenz, and beans. Stock protein and protein vehicles. Water also. If the world goes to shit you can eat most common weeds as greens but protien and clean water require more energy to get. Honey and candies for morale, flour and jarred fruits for the women. Oil is a good idea but if you're eating out of cans you likely wont be doing much frying. If you catch game you'll probably be safer baking or roasting it.

Sodium Nitrate used as a preservative is carcinogenic. You can reduce that harmful substance by taking in nitrate scavengers like vitamin C and E. Onions and garlic also.

Salt and fat really aren't bad for you unless they're in excess.
