ceasar salad dressing, use them to add body to tomato sauces, cook them into brothy soups with miso, soy sauce, and vegetables. Deep fry them whole until dry and use them as a topping. Frankly a lot better than deenze imo.

No I worked at a pizza place and one anchovy per slice is enough. Anchovys are a acquired taste I could not stand them when i was a kid. had a roommate that liked them and I was surprised later about the subtle fish flavor that blends with the pizza sauce and its delish.

On top of scrambled eggs on toast. Use some of the anchovie oil to cook the eggs. I cook chopped tomatoes in with the scrambled eggs, cuts through the oil. Add capers and Gentleman's Relish if you're feeling frisky.
