I buy it from a butcher online because it's the only way I can have good meat in my country easily, otherwise you have to know a good butcher but they're difficult to find outside big cities and generally beef is not high quality here unless you're a restaurant.

My local grocery store has its own butcher. You can buy precut stuff or ask him for custom cuts or grinds at the same price per weight. Can't exactly buy stuff like whole hog from him, but there's meat wholesaler just out of town that's great for big orders like that.
