Bonus if you can post the best pie you've ever had.

>Pic related

It's not perfect. The crust wasn't that crispy underneath, and the crush on the outside needed something to make it more edible so there isn't any pizza bones, but the sauce, cheese and basil were tits.

Can't be too picky since I'm not on the east coast.

Either extra extra pineapple, no ham.
or Bacon Jalepeno Chicken with a white sauce.

I think I've gotten so accustomed to stuffed crust that now it feels like...if it's not going to be stuffed crust pizza, why even bother at all?
You're just going to be eating thick bread at the end of every slice.

Garlic and bacon. Fat Greek guy doing it is best. Just like sex.

Plain cheese, extra thin, extra crispy but then I put other stuff on it, stuff like chili or sardines. I improvise with what I have available.

>> No.14283313

white sauce, slightly crunchy thin crust, mozza slices, young spinach, onion/garlic/cremini slices a touch of oo ontop, and i put some scotch bonnet pepper sauce on one half of it for savory and spicy mix

... the things I like to put on a pizza just aren't on the usual menu or would cost a whole ton extra when I can do that myself.

Unironically a Giordano deep dish in Chicago. I'm from Colorado, there isn't much good pizza there, visited Chicago last spring and ate a deep dish out of tourism curiosity, fucking mind blowing.

It was fine AF. Apparently it's the best NY style pizza in the state and I believe it. I ate the whole thing to myself and a day later I am still craving another.

Do you guys cook down your sauce first or just assemble it on the pizza itself. I'm assuming both methods are used, but wh ed n looking at the pizza marinara recipe on wiki, it seems as if it is not traditionally reduced in a pan. I'd figure reducing a sauce in a pan would give it more flavor.

The kebabsauce comes in three types of spiciness. mild, medium and hot.
Medium is mild mixed with hot.
