I've been eating nothing but peanut butter toast, ramen and beans for two years now. Please just tell me what to buy so I don't feel like I'm slowly dying anymore

Vegetables will help.
Carrots are certainly one place to start.
Broccoli is easy.

You're going to say I'm bullshitting you but I swear that I slightly feel like puking every time I try to eat vegetables. Last time I went to a fast food was 3 months ago with my dad and I couldn't get myself to eat what I had ordered. I need to find something that resembles what I usually eat so that I can slowly get back to eating these food

I always found eggs disgusting, I need to find a way to cook them so that the texture doesn't make me gag
>>14261250
My mother never taught me how to cook and I don't have a dad. I got a job that barely paid my appartment rent so I started eating these foods, and never ate anything else. It was working for a good while but now my insides hurt
>>14261261
I don't drink alcohol

I blame this on my mother, but now I have no excuse and yet here I am eating the same three things at the same hours

That's sad to hear anon, I think the reason is that ur mom sucked at cooking, If you grew up in a household where mom cooks good food then u like more kinds of foods and veggies, u need to look up good recipes and try stuff, the difference between disgusting broccoli and holy fuck i cant stop eatnig broccoli is literally in how its prepared

You're an idiot and deserve your fate. If you refuse to eat fruits and vegetables because they're "icky" you better pick out a coffin now.

bud this is not the way at all. this is disgusting and will make you puke 100%. i LOVE broccoli and this seems disgusting.
a good set of starter veggies to get are tomatoes and cucumbers. even picky kids will often eat these. tomatoes are flavorful and they aren't too "veggie-like" at all, and cucumbers are like a training veggie, in that they have the structure of a vegetable but are very mild and basically just water. chop those up together and put a little salt and pepper on them and you've got a nice starter salad that is easy to eat and enjoyable even for picky kids. from there, once you're comfy eating that, i'd say go with the broccoli and branch out. but when you DO get some broccoli, just google broccoli recipes and do one of those. not this horrible broccoli-paste soup.
ALSO please get some multivitamins or something jesus christ.

Ok, ignoring that, start by slicing the vegetables very thin, like noodles, and adding a few at a time to your noodles.

>I can’t buy this much food
Bullshit. Most of that is dirt cheap and, aside from the fruits and vegetables, the perishable stuff will last for months if you freeze it for future use. The canned and dried goods will last a couple years at least.
>blame my mother
Can’t do that anymore, bud. You’re no longer a little kid. You’re a big boy and you have the internet at your disposal. Look up basic recipes for common dishes. Hell, I got basic cooking knowledge out of a detailed cookbook from the ‘60s. You’re entirely capable of this, get out of the “I can’t” mindset. You CAN, and you should.

Anon, I think maybe the way to come at this is to integrate some other items into the foods you already like.

What if you put some very small bits of green onion or carrot or cut up green beans in with your ramen? Or maybe a very small amount of meat that goes with the flavor of the broth, so a tiny bit of rotisserie chicken from the grocery store in chicken ramen, etc.

>> No.14264209

>>14264182
To add to that, how are you cooking your beans? You could add in some meat, or a little onion, or garlic for flavor and just keep with it. Keep asking us questions if you're still here man, and we can maybe give some decent advice.
