When i was an expat in taiwan, there was this old dude that lived 20 years as a pizzaoiolo in NJ that made strombolis that were easily the best pizzoid foods that i have ever eaten. I'd basically get a few of em and get shitfaced drunk while eating them. The awesome thing about calzones is that, since they're a bit soggy due to the steam inside of em, reheating them actually makes them taste better.
