My sauerkraut casserole recipe is pretty good.

1 cans cream mushroom depends on how creamy you like it.
1 bag pasta, I like fucile
1 pound italian sausage meat.
1 can sauerkraut
1/2 cup cream
Provolone cheese
White Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Brown the italian sausage. Drain the fat and mix with cooked pasta. Place in casserole dish then mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese. Put in oven at 350* at let cook for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle provolone cheese on top and put it back in for another 10 minutes with broil setting to brown cheese.

Drench it, rinse it a bit if it’s too sour, and dress with some pumpkin seed oil, eat as a salad. Very healthy salad, done in 1 minute.
