Going to make chili con carne(picture related) how fucked I am?
>1kg 17% fat ground beef
>1 can canned tomatoes
>500g passata tomato
>2 cans of kidney beans
>400g pea-corn-paprika mix
>spices like cayanne pepper, salt and black pepper

I've never heard of peas going in chilli, sounds a bit odd. Are you sure that's going to be juicy enough though? 1kg is a lot of meat for the amount of tomatoes you'll have in there

Replace the corn, bell pepper and peas with some onion and garlic.

Currently it will just be another form of Finnish nistipata ("druggie-pot"). OP should at least try to be somewhat authentic, what's the point of pretending it's chili otherwise?

I'd reduce it a little, and taste it if it's acidic I forgot to say earlier I usually add a tablespoon of honey, sugar, or maple syrup to counter if the tomatoes are acidic. Then balance it back with lime juice or apple cider vinegar.

you need some smoky peppers, fresh or roasted peppers, cumin and oregano. Anchos, guajillos, chipotles, etc are all good options, smoked paprika plus some more cayenne will suffice if that's all you can get. Hatch chiles are ideal, but roasted bell peppers, poblanos, or jalapenos will suffice. Onions and garlic are a good idea too, and I would either use just one can of beans or omit them entirely
