If the basis for torturing teeth is eating ice cream, then the whole world is torturing teeth.

For me it's weird to eat salty food in the morning. I usually eat yogurt with raw oats and honey.

But if I'm staying at a hotel, I'll gladly chop down all the salty shit at breakfast.

It’s has nothing to do with ice cream by itself. It’s the sudden change in temperature that’s very bad for the teeth

> This paper presents the results of experiments conducted with extracted human and bovine teeth. The teeth were subjected to thermal cycling at temperatures between 140 and 90 F. The results offer conclusive evidence that thermal fracture may be induced by the thermal stresses caused by the temperature cycling. Less than 3,000 thermal cycles cause severe cracking or the propagation of cracks previously existing in the teeth, or both.

based, opposite pairings at breakfast is good. I usually just have a couple of iced black coffees for breakfast, if i ate food it'd go with something hot.
