This is retarded but you want slow digesting high nutrient food. So you need to avoid the insulin spike from fries, soda, and refined flour. Since taco bell is mostly soy products instead of meat with a low carb ratio, ask for extra veggies and there you go.

Any local place that sells chili cheese fries. I eat half, sometimes a fourth of those styrofoam boxes and get really full. You get leftovers and it all costs you around maybe $10. Or you can spend those $10 wisely and get a 2-3 weeks supply of top ramen

McDonald’s if you’re only eating McDoubles, Taco Bell’s value menu is great, as well as jack in the box’s. At jack in the box I’d get two orders of tacos and a chicken sandwich on sourdough bread and pay like 3 bucks and some change. Nowadays I think it would come out to 4 and some change but still not bad.

Where i live Indian takeaway is the best, bought two hot tandoori chicken on moday and it lasted 2 full days.

- Monday dinner: Tandoori chicken (a club and breast), vegs, rice, and some nan bread.

- Tueasday breakfast: Some nan bread and some salad leftover.

- Tuesday lunch: Tandoori chicken (a club and breast), vegs and rice leftover.
