beefeater gin was my grandma's go-to for /sips/, i got her a bottle of pic related for her birthday one year and she loved it. dunno how available it is outside of this area though, the distillery is 30 minutes from my house.

Hendrick's is my favorite of easily available because it's rather citrusy instead of potpourri like Bombay which I'll still get if i have to, but monkey and nolet's were really nice but I only had them at upmarked craft bars

Martin Miller westbourne strength. It's the only gin I actually enjoy sipping. The botanicals don't taste muddled together. I don't know how to put it other than than you can clearly and cleanly taste all of them at the same time. Also it doesn't burn, just tastes warm.

Never Never do a good range of gins. Don't know if they're exported out of Australia though.

I generally don't like neat gin, I prefer it with tonic; but I find I can actually enjoy Never Never gins neat. Really tasty gin.

Nikka and Suntory gin are both really good. Both a bit expensive if you're drinking gin on the reg though. still definitely worth trying, I made a really nice green tea infused nikka gin and tonic a few months back, I used gyokuro hojicha leaves.
