My stepfather keeps quails for eggs, thinks they have more nutrients. We don't buy chiken eggs cause quails shit out a ton of eggs, we even share some with our neighbours. I use 4-6 just because they are so small, the taste is the same.

>Splash of lime juice
>Brown sugar
>Fresh herbs like parsley or coriander
>Chives
>Beansprouts
>Soy souce
>Sesame oil
>Soy or coconut milk if I want a richer broth
Any or all of these things depending on what I have around and the flavor of the ramen.
Basically I try to make it taste more fresh and less like the packaged garbage that it is.

Adding anything you need to cook separately kind of defetes the purpose of haveing instant ramen in the first place.
