actual paki here. I hate eating authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Indian is stinky as fuck, paki is Indian but with less stink and not every dish is made out of fucking potatoes and lentils, but as a result the food doesn't have the same kind of 360° cockslap effect that classic shitskin cuisine offers. It's a chore because you have to fish out all the aromatics when you're eating, and nothing feels worse than biting into a piece of cinnamon or a clove. The taste is usually pretty good, and so are the curries with rice. If you think otherwise I highly doubt you have an actual opinion are just /pol/ bandwagon'ing so you can "haha stinky shitskin eating his curry" yeah no one fucking cares but you and the other faggots in ur lil circlejerk, all you do is repeat the same shit over and over and keep agreeing within yourselves, you're like that sped class on the playground in 3rd grade after I told them what a vagina is.
Paki and Indian food is made old school, no one has really "elevated it" with modern cooking techniques. No sous vide no dehydration whatever the fuck it's like any other third world street food tier food like Chinese. Usually made in a pot for curry or pan for salan, very simple shit. I never cook it at home because anything I'd make would just be a bad version of what my mom makes, so I end up making white people food. That way if it sucks at least it's different enough to be interesting.

Only good Indian food is from South India. Highest concentration of people from other religions so all meats, including beef, are huge parts of cooking, the southern states like Kerala are historically the most developed, and most of the dishes have single, defining flavors that don't get washed away in the onslaught of aromatics and spices.

i do very much enjoy indian food, however, since im from scandinavia so do i have doubts about how "authentic" the indian food i've tried, even if i try to find places that seems to try to offer as close to authentic cuisine as possible.

it's the same deal with chinese and mexican food. it always seems to be the smallest places that got the best stuff.


chicken vindaloo with some fresh naan is probably in my top 5 things to eat of all time.
