>come back in and cops are outside
>come in through the back
>see a huge mess
>olive oil and red wine everywhere
>get the story from my boss
>the waitress gave her the bill 15 minutes after closing , basically a nice way of telling her to leave
>this lady flipped the fuck out and broke all the decorative red wine and olive oil in all the tables.
>she got arrested for vandalism and possession of a controlled substance
>boss makes me drive to Walmart to buy kitty litter to help the busboy clean it all up since he didn’t want to use the flour they are going to use tomorrow
>spend an hour and a half after I was supposed to leave cleaning up this shit
>halfway the busboy that was helping me got called out by my boss for dragging ass
>he quits, says its not worth it
>waitress starts crying, boss lets her leave

When I worked at Pizza Hut the way the would do it is this:
You go out on a delivery and clock out of the delivery system which is when you start getting paid tipping minimum wage
Once you got back in the store you clocked in and you started getting paid normal minimum wage or whatever you were being paid at the time.
I worked at a mom and pop that only paid the drivers $3 per delivery and that’s it, but it was so Godamn busy and there were only two of us on a busy night you would walk out having made $300 cash working five to six hours. Shady? Yea. Could the owner pay us $5 an hour? Yea. Did I give a shit making $700 cash on a weekend, on top of having my day job? Fuck no.

Where I used to work was overpriced by they had a good reputation and had a huge delivery area, so it encompasses some very nice expensive neighborhoods and some neighborhoods where people got robbed and were burnt out on OxyContin.
Surprisingly though i would rather deliver to the lower middle income areas because

I wouldn't have let it happen on my watch, but I've seen and heard plenty of stories about laxity or oversights etc. at least as bad.
The woman could easily have been scammed out of money by the delivery guy, and if she actually tried to eat the sangewedge she'd most likely choke to death on it, so the nurse who just let him go in there is a dumb cunt, but there's no shortage of those.
And these slipups are generally easier during the evening shift since those nurses really like to sit still while earning their pay. Otherwise they'd take day shifts and do some bathing and rounds.

I wouldn’t have gone to the managers first, I try to handle things at the lowest level possible. I never dealt with dishwasher bullshit, but as a delivery driver I was fast, knew my area well and when new guys or even the more experienced drivers got tried to pull a fast one on me I always told them “hey, stop trying to fuck me”. That worked half the time because half the time they think they are being sneaky and once they realize they are not they usually figure out its better to work together. The other half that didn’t, I would come into work early, set myself up with a good first route (like 5 deliveries in a 2 mile radius) and give them 2 shitty deliveries 5 miles apart from each other and just keep fucking their night over like that. If I came in early and saw that I would fuck myself by taking that first route, I would go to my boss “hey I’m here I gotta put gas really quick” and chill around the corner until I knew they were there and ended up fucking them too.
When I was a busboy I always set the next shift up, and if they fucked me, all I did was stop setting the next shift up and next thing you know these slow ass dudes who drag ass are getting bitches at for not doing their job properly.
