How do you incorporate an egg into a stir fry? Everytime I do it ends up with it being like a glue between everything rather than nice scrambled bits.

Whip and scramble it beforehand, put them aside and reintroduce when everything else is done.

Fry it sunny or over easy, put ontop of rice. Eat stir fry, eat egg rice. Or cook with rice noodle. Runny yolk and rice is one of my favorite things.

I agree with the above posters, but you can also push everything to the side of the pan, cook eggs most of the way, then incorporate them with the rest of your food.
I learned the hard way too, OP.
