On the other hand this is one of my go-to's, although they're a little overpriced for the quantity. He's a local and always has a table at the Farmer's Market, so getting to try them is nice. I've been burned too many times without trying sauces first. My favorites are the scorpion reaper and the smoke + burn.

I've had other datil sauces and they were all on the sweet side, so I know where you're coming from. However, this sauce in particular is more fruity than sweet.

On a side note, I really enjoy pic related as well. Has a nice slight smokiness. Very excellent with eggs and breakfast sandwiches, I've found.
