Does /ck/ have favorite youtube cooking channels?
Do you watch them for recipes & techniques or because they are enjoyable/relaxing/aesthetic?

i see lots of comments about how relaxing some channels are.

did you used to watch but stopped? i used to check out the pic channel Peaceful Cuisine, but the food became uninteresting and so i stopped watching until i wanted to grab a picture for the OP.

i watch Maangchi, Wanggang chinese chef and Magic Ingredients for the recipes. chinese cooking demystified for some knowledge of stuff and Kimi for some country life aesthetics.

Fuck Josh Weissman.

I'm not sure what it is about him I hate, but I hate him nonetheless. His stupid intros with all the prescripted 'mistakes' are dumb (oh look I'm normal! cunt). When he shows off his fat body to the camera makes me throw up into my mouth. Josh, 'never trust a thin cook' is an idiom not fucking diet advice.

Everything he cooks, everything he says, just his being sends me into incandescent rage. I hate him.

I also hate Binging with Banish from when he said that he 'liked the way [a food] behaves'. You're a fucking YouTube shill cook, not some disinterested scientist providing wry comment on mould growth (though there's little between that and his food in fairness). I can stand BwB though for at least being vaguely interesting. It wouldn't surprise me if he came out as polyamorous.

Chocolate Cacao is maximum comfy

Some of his stuff is kind of stupid, but it's all super comfy and he's lead me to dabbling more with chocolate. A lot of these are kind of silly in concept since at the end of the day any chocolate good is only going to be as good as the beans.
