OP, the quality and the price are great! Tried them only once to eat right away with some company at home, while doing a big run about 8 weeks ago, before the last stockup. Light lunch to tide everyone over while I got some dinner prep going for the grill later...Bought two of those and they were perfect for a couple tacos each.
The cabbage and mayo-crema sauce would best be matched with a fish taco, though, I'm just saying, but it packages nicely and stays fresh.

The chicken is chargrilled, and the salsas are fresh prepared. It's not any different than ordering takeout at Chipotle. Do you not dine out? There's a huge choice of take home containers at Costco daily, and I think that thing there serves 4-6 people for $7 if I recall and it's priced by the pound for the meat part...they rest is thrown in there essentially for free for the package. You can buy heavier or lighter trays.
