Use texas toast. Trust me. If it's too wide, trim the toast. It's great. Do you not have a bakery that's still open nearbye? There are many good buns and small breads that work great for burgers.

I have a paper recipe that should work, I'll try to dig it up after I've had my coffee if someone hasn't provided you with a recipe you like.
