The spicy tostada is definitely the best taco at Taco Bell, even if it's mostly beans. That said, they just came out with a new $10 cravings pack which looks pretty amazing. It's 4 5 layer burritos and 4 tacos. Considering that 5 layers go for $3 a piece now that's already a good deal, and 4 tacos (which you can presumably switch to soft shell and modify) is just icing on the cake.
