I find this chart to be a matter of flawed perspective. Three long portions are quite easy to hold and consume, efficient, and thus do not belong on the evil end of the spectrum. If anything they should be the way of the future, unlike the silly diagonal cut, with its weak corners.

I do a combination of neutral good and sorta chaotic evil (three cuts instead of two, to make four finger sandwiches) when I have guests to tea. How else am I gonna serve finger sandwiches? I also do a combo of NG and chaotic good for other tea sandwiches. Last of all, NG and chaotic neutral for the final shape.

It typically holds its fillings better, assuming you take your first bites out of the correct side.
With things like pb&j or coldcut sandviches I don't really care, but if I've made an egg and sausage (breakfast links) sandvich then diagonal is the only correct option.

There's only 1 bread. It's not a sandvich unless it's between 2 pieces of bread, or the bread can be broken into two pieces without destroying the sandvich.
A wrap is only a sandvich if you use two wraps or broken halves in a very unconventional way that nobody actually does. If you disagree then you are arguing a pepperoni pinwheel is a sandvich.
By the same logic a taco is not a sandvich, because unlike a folded peanut butter sandvich if you break it at the seem it is no longer a taco but a broken taco. However, a gordita crunch is a sandvich, and a taco.
