The only thing childish for a burger in that particular burger is the tomato ketchup... Needs to be a premium burger blend of mayo and ketchup with added spices for the sauce.

I wouldn't say it's childish, but next to the prominent taste of the meat patty, the cheese adds nothing. It has no texture to compete with the veggies, and no temperature difference like them either. I could have a burger with cheese and I could have one without. There is no difference.
Calling people childish for their food choices is in itself childish. There's little to no reason to criticize a person for or based on something banal like that.
