I need two delicious recipes:
>One for a great Dinner
>One for a great Dessert

I'm doing a lot of fun things while in Quarantine like learning photography and how to skateboard and one thing I want to do is try some real recipes, most of the stuff I do is really simple, so I would like some ideas for some fun and more time intensive recipes if you guys have any ideas! The more from scratch the better.

I might try that beef one, not big on stews but it seems exceptional. I don't like honeycake though.

Here's a great recipe.
Step one: Mix 1 9mm bullet with one 9mm pistol
Step two: Mix that bullet with your faggot ass brain, faggot.

Thanks for the suggestions, I really like some of these, though im a bit concerned about not having a food processor, would a ninja blender work?

>Dessert: Retard Tiramisu
>take a container of mascarpone (Italian cream cheese without that disgusting tangy flavor of normal cream cheese, do not substitute with normal cream cheese, that tastes like shit)
>separate two eggs
>mix the yolks with the mascarpone and a few generous tablespoons of sugar (this is hard work, take your time)
>whip up the egg whites with one tablespoon of sugar to stiff peaks
>fold egg whites under mascarpone mixture
>grab a few sponge fingers
>fill out the bottom of whatever vessel you want to serve them in (I like doing small one-serving bowls), breaking them if necessary
>brew some strong coffee, drizzle the sponge fingers with it
>spoon mascarpone mixture in
>stick a sponge finger or two in so they touch the bottom of the vessel but stick out
>cover, put in fridge for at least an hour
>when ready to serve, dust top with cocoa powder (unsweetened is best)
>serve
Called Retard Tiramisu because even an actual retard could make it.

I decided to do beef burgundy, but I'll be using the lamb version, thanks for the suggestion. I also decided to do a matcha tea cake for the dessert.
