I made a chicken breast with stone ground mustard as a glaze, rice and broccoli with soy sauce.

I soaked it too long I think, I took a xanax nap and it went from 30 min soak to 2.5 hour soak before I cooked.

Just made Poblana Cream, not the prettiest but I am satisfied with the flavor, served with panela cheese cubes, pork-rinds and yellow-corn which I sautéed in olive oil, garlic and epazote.

Later today or tomorrow I may try to add it to some chicken as a sauce

Thanks dude, try to cook for yourself. I miss fast food..

I have one of these two chamber rice cookers, I steam them above the rice, thicken just a little soy sauce with some corn starch, drizzle it over it and salt + pepper. These are amazing for dirty water hot dogs, steam the buns up top by the 3, or taco shells before you use them like they do in fast food. Can do big ass Japanese pancake cakes in them, all sorta shit. They're like $30 and small enough to put in a cabinet.

Is this like Mexican palak paneer?

>> No.13856398

The original is a vegetable cream, the main vegetable being Poblano Pepper, sometimes with whole yellow corn kernels. The Panela cubes were my addition since in my house we eat a lot of "Cheese Sauce" which is that same cheese in light tomato sauce.
Although I have only heard of palak paneer once before this, I guess adding fresh milky cheese into creamy sauces is something obvios

Might do a similar meal but with spicy chicken breast. I find when I buy the ones from local stores, I cook them 20 mins at 400 but these monster GMO Wal-Mart breasts need a full 30 mins to cook thoroughly.

I can't cook but I am envious of people who can, just something in my brain doesn't gel. I've been eating tinned food I bought.
