The US market is the only one where they call their discount chicken sandwich a McChicken. In other markets, it's known as a Junior Chicken/Mayo Chicken/Chicken Crisp/etc.
The McChicken sandwich in other markets is a different sandwich altogether, closer to what they call a "premium chicken sandwich" in the US.
