I normally take about 18-20 stock cubes and mash them together, and then on a hot pan with extra virgin olive oil.

You can use beef stock or chicken stock, It´s up to you. A little more, a little less, there is no real recipe

Only flip it twice to keep as much juices inside the burger, you want the pan hot before you put it in so the burger doesn't get soggy. Make sure to season it with salt and pepper before you cook it and about halfway through add some seasoning like garlic powder and onion powder. Right before the burger is done you should fry it with butter. After you're done cooking it let the meat rest for a couple minutes for the best results.

Mr Ramsey said it himself when he did that episode of Hot ones

He says it's the seasoning, as far as the beef goes ground chuck is the bare minimum for a good burger, any lower quality beef and you're patty melt territory
