OP that doesn't look appealing to me. Here's my salad:

Kale mix
Hardboiled egg slices
Russian dressing
Croutons
Sardines (sometimes)
Avocado slices
diced raw onion

and I saute these before I toss them into my salad:

Mushrooms
Corn
Cherry tomatoes

When thrown all together you get a hearty, savory salad. I usually crack pepper and salt it a bit too. It's basically a cobb salad but with deenz instead of grilled chicken.

Last time I made salad I had watery shit squirts and stomach cramps within hours. Had to throw out a massive bowl. Because of all the shit I put in there, its hard to pinpoint the cause, but I'm guessing the lettuce.
I make a similar combo every time and no issues, so something must have been tainted. Iceberg and romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grated carrot, hard cooked egg, black beans, crumbled Gorgonzola, tortilla strips, and a tasty freshly made dressing.

Put rice wine vinegar on it to be meta healthy, also some cherry tomatoes and pepperoncini to add some more crunch and flavors. Can't go wrong with some grilled chicken either eaten with it or just chunks tossed in the salad. Croutons are overrated but not a nuisance

My ‘favourite’ I suppose is the one my sister goes nuts for so I have to make it every time she comes back to visit.

Basically, Greek salad but I add in a load of fried, chopped bacon, avocado and garlic. I also make sure there’s a lot of big chunks of feta, large olives, and I use spinach instead of lettuce. Dressing is three parts garlic infused olive oil to one part lemon and a splash of white vinegar.

Serve with crusty bread and a spicy Bloody Mary garnished with large olives.
