What exactly is the burger fiasco? Are you implying that the Good Morning America clip of Ramsay showing how to make the "perfect burger" was bad?

Also, using stock cubes is actually pretty effective. They work really well because a lot of the seasoning doesn't wash off like it would when using crystalized salt.

Its not exactly complicated. Perhaps simplicity is better, but any competent chef could make a lot of those dishes at home without much trouble. It's very much of its time, but I dont see how Marco is a better chef than Gordon.
