That's French. Pays d'Auge is a region of Normandie, and Calvados Pays d'Auge is one of the AOC things like Champagne, Cognac, Parmeggiano-Reggiano, Genever, and a bunch of other stuff; Vielle Reserve is Old Reserve, IIRC.

Just started getting into Cognac, Remy Martin is bitter and a bit oaky but has a really nice aftertaste with some grape/vanilla flavoring. Hennessey didn't taste as complex, like a young whiskey with some mildly sweet undertones. I'm only trying what I can find in little bottles at the moment, seems like you have to spend like $40 to get decent Cognac.
