I've never had a pizza that tastes like cardboard and I've tried most of the known chains. Also some local places but they usually do specific types of pizza.
Now I have had too oily of a pizza and that was from Round Table. Their pizza is fucking disgusting. They have the pepperoni that curls up and the oil/grease pools up in it.
I have never gone back there cause it hurt my stomach so much to eat it.

One closest to my house is definitely in a bad part of town. It's not in a neighborhood either. That place is all shops, car lots, and government buildings. Buncha fucking homeless cause it's right next to a liquor store and the food stamp office.

Still top quality service and pizza though.
