This sauce is good though not hot by any means. I like thicker, less vinegar based sauces so I mainly use sriracha sauce. Horseradish sauces are good as well.

I agree with this. Green El Yucateco has been my go to for years. I recently tried their black label reserve which was really good too. It isn't very hot, at all for me, but has a nice smoky flavor.
Melinda's Naga Jolokia and Red Savina are also staples in my house. The Naga Jolokia has great flavor.
