Well name a starting date for judging cultural cuosine then, if that's your criteria. I've got news for you: it's all changed from outside influences over time. That pizza, the one with tomato sauce and peppers. Imported, at least in part, from America. You know those authentic Mexican tacos I love as much as anything? Imported in large part from Europe.
