Let's have a thread where we post foods we think no one ever buys and see if anyone actually does and why

Starting with the champion

LA Beast did a review of that and he said it just tastes like rye bread and isn't bad. Ive never seen it in a store though.

I used to work in a grocery store when I was a teenager. I would have loud conversations in front of customers while they where checking out where I would insist that brown bread in a can was the only bread that I would eat. I would claim to eat at least a can of it a day and recommend it to customers for its "wonderful flavor" and "dense texture".
I have only actually tried it once and found it underwhelming.

Pretty sure this showed up in an episode of BBQ Pit Boys when they were doing franks and beans. Nostalgia seemed to be the biggest reason for its inclusion but it didn't look bad, and apparently some is flavored with molasses as well.

Some people on this website really make me question how it gets any traffic. Good on the administration for not implementing any sort of karma system to send this moron’s posts back to the depths of retardland where it spawned from. I wish you well in life, you’re going to need it..

Baking bread is literally the easiest thing ever why?

Flour, water, yeast, salt, baking powder if you’re feeling decadent in a survival situation

That’s it.. cost pennies. The fact we don’t force welfare peeps to live off it is morally bankrupt

Bought one once because I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it.
Opened it, dumped it and was overwhelmed by the stink. Even dawgs rejected it.

Its steamed brown sugar bread meant to be eaten with beans. Usually has raisens in it too. I make it fresh ontop of the woodstove in the winter.
