Any way is fine, depends how I feel that day.
Medium rare is typically my go to if I haven't eaten somewhere before/don't know the quality of the beef but I'd be just as happy with a steak on either end of that.
Never gotten sick from steak so I suppose it's a good method.
Could just be lucky or something though. I find I get a lot of undeserved breaks despite being kind of retarded.
