the 50/50 vinegar/water is consistent with the instructions for my coffee maker so do i use 50 ml citric acid in 1 liter of water? what do chemists say, is it overkill? i have soft water so how much can i fudge the descaling frequency, my coffee maker just counts to 40 brews before it starts flashing the descaling icon
