Very few places can do, or are willing to do, thin crust properly these days. Trying to make a crust that's flavorful, does not sog with their recipe for sauce, and will bite or crunch through without making a horrible mess; that's a task most places just say fuck it and cut too many corners. You also can't be a fuck-o with the kind of cheese or the amount you apply, otherwise you can't bite through with the crust and it'll slide off, screwing up midwest style crust.

The only places I've seen succeed are Rafferty's, Broadway Pizza, Topper's, and Happy Joe's (though thicker than I like.) As you can tell I've lived in a few states.
