Ok, 300 things. You'll never make enough in those toys. Get a Brute Food Safe garbage can. RedStar yellow pack is fine. But you'll do better with SAF. It tastes better. You need to know how SG works with the sugar you're adding to the water which changes the level at which yeast cell lysis. At a certain level of concentration you murder your yeast. That's why I use big vats and bread yeast. My starting SG is 1.086 down to .990.
