Storage temperature. If you don't want it soupy, store it in the back of your fridge, nearest the freezer. A couple degrees makes a big difference.

The idea of flavouring it or, god forbid, putting fruit in it, is revolting. Shit has a strong flavour on its own unless your tongue is fried. The only shit I've ever mixed it with is putting it in lasagna as a ricotta substitute
