Rate my pancake. Dare I say it's a perfect 7/7.

The minor imperfections give it soul. An inherent beauty knowing that each pancake is uniquely perfect and that in and of itself is perfection

A little too brown for me but i’m sure it would taste fine. I recently made pancakes for about 50 people and I had all 4 burners going, churning out chocolate chip, normal, gluten free, and dairy free. Shit was fun.

Better than OP. These look like they are cooked in fat (oil or butter) which is way more flavor than a dry pan.

Looks dry yet undercooked on the outside so I rate it a 4/10

Here's what a real pancake looks like. Plenty of room to absorb butter/whipped cream/syrup. I think you beat the batter too thoroughly. Whisk less and leave it lumpy.

This looks like a flavorless imitation of a pancake. No soulfulness or joy comes from tearing this dry abomination apart from the fork with your teeth.

>>13533368
>>13533368
Good sear, dark but can be tasty if done to the edges of crispiness. Bit small, good for flapjack sandwiches though.

>>13534155
Also good, t h i c c , tops could be a little more moist and dimpled to absorb butter and syrup, any other toppings, etc.

Either uncooked or too much fat added to the dough. Looks like two pancakes stuck together. It's a mess anon.
