Post your favorite recipes involving tofu! Tofu is really cheap where I live, and I'm looking for new ideas. My favorite is throwing it in some japanese curry near the end, it gives it a good protein boost.

ma po tofu is awesome! i really love this one, you can buy a cheap ass box of the mix at the store and its delicious. i like to add onions to mine to pretend im getting my vegatables, and they add a nice crunch.

Salt n Pepper Tofu - real easy, just cube and drain tofu, cover it in corn starch mixed with salt and pepper, then fry and enjoy or add to stir fry
