There are frozen pizzas that are much better. I've never once in my life had a Little Caesar's pizza that didn't come with stale, nearly inedible crust. Usually the pizza is either room temperature or cold, too. You definitely get what you pay for. It's lower quality than anywhere else in the world, but it's like 2-3x the price you'd pay for a pizza of the same size in any European country.

Little Caesars, for fast food pizza, is good. Not great, just good. C+ pizza.
The crust is chewy and not crisp, but I don't mind that. It has a nice buttery taste to it.
They've got good pizza sauce too, it tastes like actual pizza sauce and has some herbs in it, unlike Papa John's bland ketchup sauce.
Their meat toppings are passable too. Pepperoni is greasy as fuck, but it's pepperoni. Sausage is great. Plain cheese is good, too.
If you can get a fresh Little Caesar's pizza, it's GOAT. Yeah the pizza they leave sitting in the heater-rack isn't as good since it's been sitting for a while, but it's $5 and you get a pizza you can instantly eat. You can go from not having pizza to eating pizza in 10 seconds for $5.
Just don't go there if it's in a bad part of town, because they likely have bad pizza too.

Next month Papa John's is rolling out quesadillas. Our GM just got the word today and tried making them. They're basically just a slice of pizza folded in half. Five bucks a pop.
