That stuff tastes good but it's too hot for me. Tabasco is my current favorite. Pic related is also very good. It's almost as spicy as Yucateco. Louisiana Habanero is the best hot sauce of all time.

for me it’s:
Frank’s - all purpose got sauce best for buffalo wings
tapatio, Valentina, cholula - Mexican sauces that taste similar and I occasionally buy in place of franks
Louisiana - this is the stuff from Popeyes so I like it with fried chicken.
Tabasco - for me it’s good on eggs and that’s about it

Make your own. Research peppers first. I tend to cut the stems off, slice them in half and leave the seeds in, cook it down with salt and pepper and fresh garlic in oil, then put in a blender with vinegar for consistency. I tend to like my hot sauce on the thicker side so I dont add too much vinegar. Stays really nice in Mason Bottles. Used to use the bottles from a brand of Sangria called Mija.
