Has anyone here tried it? It's probably a low margin business but then you have places like Lady M who sell crepe cakes starting at 80 bucks.

I know it is a lot of work but if you are passionate about making food, surely it must be worth it.

There's a lot of bakeries that are just about fancy decoration and the taste of the baked goods is merely average at best and the service is diffident, even hostile, and I want to be known for selling delicious food to anyone who can afford it, not just to people who's lives I personally approve of.

When I first came here, this was all swamp. Everyone said I was daft to build a castle on a swamp, but I built in all the same, just to show them. It sank into the swamp. So I built a second one. And that one sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, and then sank into the swamp. But the fourth one stayed up. And that’s what you’re going to get, Son, the strongest castle in all of England.

look how that guy kept demanding sources, making claims without sources himself, then when sources were provided, disappeared

this isn't about making rational points, this is the verbal equivalent of banging on pots and pans loudly

What actually happens to them if they make custom cakes for gays? Nothing. This was never about that. This is about their right to denigrate and demean gay people in public settings for daring to date the same sex openly.

Because you are operating a business open to the general public that serves as an amenity to the general public. Meaning, you don't choose your clientele. Look up the history and meaning of public accommodation for further info.

> if they don't like my practices which would drive me out of business

the whole point is that gay people are less than 5% of the population so the state has to intervene to act on their behalf because they are not a potent majority force on their own. C'mon, try answering your own questions for once. These are not new questions and people have answered them in much more depth than I am giving before.
