Slow as all fuck, I've had relatively small orders delayed by hours.
Otherwise an ok way to get food when I'm too lazy to go out. Tried restaurants with it I wouldn't have otherwise. If you get credits it can sometimes be cheaper than from the store directly.

I only use it for pick up. Usually, places where the person taking the phone order speaks shit English. The suggested tips are insane. I consider myself a big tipper, but 18-20% for a take out delivery... WTF? I delivered pizza in college. Gas was $1 a gallon; an acceptable minimum tip was $1 anything over $2 was great. Today gas is $2.50, so I tip at least $5 usually closer to $10.

These sound a lot like what I used to do as a young teen.
Place a paper bag full of dog shit on someone's porch, light it on fire, ring the doorbell, then run like hell and hide.
Or, simply ring the bell and run. The flaming shit is optional.
We called it "Ding Dong Ditch"
