For a guy without much formal culinary training, he's actually got a great grasp of fundamentals and a good breadth of knowledge on English-French haute cuisine. OP, the annoying part of that video is the cross contamination and the order of assembly. It's a no skills video that makes me think I'll get e.coli poisoning if he's ever in the kitchen.

However, you should be smart. This wasn't a bad-skills video that was meant to show off his talents, but rather a video just to show off his filming location. It was intended to make people curious about his current net worth or home. It was intended to make people jealous.
